Executive Committee

The Executive Committee serves as the Diocesan Council between annual meetings.  It is comprised of the Bishop, diocesan treasurer, 6 clergy, 6 laity, Canon to the Ordinary, Chancellors, and the Chief Financial Officer of the diocese. The Bishop, with the advice and consent of the Executive Committee, may appoint annually no more than three additional members, each for a term of one year, who shall have voice and vote. After serving for three consecutive one-year terms, such appointed members shall be ineligible for either elective or appointive membership for a period of one year.
