Trustees of the Diocese

 The Trustees of the Diocese of Mississippi (the Diocesan Corporation) acts as Trustee to receive and hold in trust all monies, securities, and properties for the Diocese and serve as an investment committee for all funds placed in its charge. It is composed of the Bishop and five lay communicants and assisted by the Treasurer (Chief Financial Officer), Secretary, Treasurer of the Diocese, and Chancellor of the Diocese.
