The Mississippi Cycle of Prayer is a 52-week prayer rotation used by parishes and missions across the diocese-of-mississippi to pray for clergy, congregations, and ministries.
- Weeks 1–13: Diocesan & Global Leadership — Prayers for the Archbishop of Canterbury, Presiding Bishop, Province of Sewanee, our Bishops, parochial day schools, chaplaincies, Gray Center, postulants, Standing Committee, and vacant cures.
- Weeks 14–33: Central & Coastal Parishes — Includes St. Andrew's Cathedral (Jackson), coastal parishes (Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs), Natchez, Vicksburg, Hattiesburg, Meridian, and Ridgeland.
- Weeks 34–50: Delta & Northern Parishes — Includes Greenwood, Greenville, Starkville, Columbus, Tupelo, Clarksdale, Oxford, Holly Springs, and Southaven.
- Weeks 51–52: Retired Clergy & Global Mission — Prayers for retired clergy and the spread of Christ's love worldwide.
