2017 Honduras Medical Mission Taking Applications

The 2017 Honduras Medical Mission is taking applications through July 15, 2016.  Anyone can apply.  The mission needs medical professionals including doctors, nurses, veterinarians, dentists, dental hygienists, optometrists, and pharmacists. 

Non-medical, general support volunteers are needed as well.  No prior training is necessary. 

Spanish speaking indiiduals are encouraged to apply, but translators are present for those who do not speak Spanish.

Application forms may be found on the Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi website: http//www.dioms.org/Ministryies/Honduras.html. The 2017 mission will run from February 18-25.

Team members pay for their own expenses.  Donations are welcomed and will be used to purchase medications, supplies and equipment for use in the clinics that serve the people of San Joaquin and the surrounding villages.  To make a donation send your check to: Honduras Medical Mission, St. Andrew’s Cathedral, PO Box 1366, Jackson, MS 39215.
