The Standing Committee has called for Nominations to the Bishop Search Committee. Alice Perry will serve as chair. The deadline for Nominations is Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

About the ministry of the Search Committee
Primarily the Search Committee will review the life and ministry of the Diocese through prayerful listening and discernment, prepare a diocesan profile for the search, educate the people of the Diocese on the election process and the ministry of a bishop, and recruit and receive nominees to discern a slate of bishop candidates for the Standing Committee and the diocesan council to consider. The work of the Search Committee will begin at a retreat at the end of March, March 31-April 1, and continue into the early fall.
The Standing Committee will meet in person on Friday, March 10 to select the members of the Search Committee with an announcement of members forthcoming on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
Note: A call for nominations to the Transition Committee, along with the process for selection, will be announced at a later date.
